Came to this store today as the kids were hungry, I’ve got to say the disabled parking was brilliant and the staff were kind enough to move chairs for my youngest daughter to sit at the table in the wheelchair. The food was excellent aswell. We tired the vegan burger and that was stunning. Highly recommend this KFC store to anyone looking to grab some lunch with their family.

Placed a quite large order including a party bucket and several box meals and was still hot when I got home. In fact there was too much for 4 of us. The sides were hot and the chips still warm too. The staff were really friendly and very helpful when a side we requested want available.

I've never had a bad meal from this gaffe. It's always been on point. The chicken tastes like its from the heavens above. The chips.... I mean.... yeah.. the chips are bland unless you got some gravy.
Which reminds me... The only critism I have got is the fact that the gravy is sometimes 'runny' now I'm an abercwmboi boi who loves his gravy thick. I want that gravy like paste. The same sort of consistency I plaster my walls in. When I do notice it 'runny' I get sad. A feeling of great sadness overwhelms me that can't quite complain if I'm honest.
The staff here are lovely though.

Our local KFC near Aberdare. I don't use it often. Generally clean and tidy, popular with young families. Staff are helpful and polite. Fast service, though gets very busy at times. Smaller restaurant, so seating inside goes quickly. Some seats outside. Has good sized car park and drive through. Only negatives would be the mess some patrons leave while / after eating, and the noise from uncontrolled screaming children.
