Went for the first time yesterday- I'm coeliac so fish and chips is quite rare for me. I've been waiting for an excuse to go, and it didn't disappoint! It was quite busy but the service was still relatively quick. Probably the best gluten free batter I've tried

Had our first Sea Salt + Sole tonight and it was everything I was expecting . A Lovely , fresh looking establishment from when we entered ... Friendly Staff members and most importantly ... An excellent meal . We tried the Panko Breaded Langoustines and Chicken Fillets . Juicy plump Scottish Langoustines Breaded in Japanese Breadcrumbs are Highly Recommend . As was the Battered Chicken fillets with what can only be described as the best batter ever !! Chips were absolutely superb aswell . Will definitely be in past once again when we’re in Aberdeen / Dyce . Keep up the great work Rikki and all the staff

Clean and tidy place to visit I went in and there was a few people picking up there orders and everything is freshly cooked so there’s no waste. The red pudding I had was still piping hot by the time I got home so keep up the good work

I had the large fish supper with panko bread crumbs which was cooked perfectly! There may have been a sneaky side of onion rings too which were obviously homemade and extremely tasty! Staff were pleasant and were on top of what they were doing, I was only in the shop a matter of minutes picking up my online order :-)

This has to be some of freshest chippie food I've had in a long long time. Usually find places are good with fish with freshness but neglect puddings but not SS&L. White pudding was great, usually I'd avoid because they can be dry having sat for ages but not here. Fish batter was special and considering it sat for about 10 minutes while we got home etc there was no sogginess. We'll definitely be back and welcome to Cove!

Absolutely lovely fish and chips, batter was light and crispy. Fish was excellent. The steak pie is thoroughly recommended too

I got a Sea Salt & Sole with 2 of my friends last week. I had a Haddock supper and my friends had the Katsu chicken, and chicken fillet supper. The food was amazing, so tasty! The service was great. It was so easy to order online and collect at the chosen slot. Danny and his team are doing a great job! We would definitely recommend 👍 We wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s such a welcomed addition to Cove!

Well done Sea Salt and Sole Cove We've been waiting for a chippy in Cove not only we now have a chippy😁. Best fish and chips we've had in years very tasty perfectly cooked not greasy either 😋.
