Went for breakfast 2 days running and had the large Scottish both times..can honestly say it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had...quality produce cooked to perfection and lots of it...not good for the waistline though.

My friend took me here for a birthday lunch as i had never been before. What a lovely place. It was so clean & the staff very friendly. I had the macaroni cheese with garlic bread. It was honestly the nicest macaroni ive had in a pub. My friend had the hunters chicken, she loved it & it did look amazing . We both enjoyed ourselves & two different members of staff asked if we enjoyed our mea. I will definately go back with my husband some weekend. Keep up the good work .xxx 5 star meal & staff.

A nice, cozy pub. Have been there with my work-mates for a late lunch and really enjoyed it. Loved the fact that the tables are arranged in a way that people at another table don't overhear your conversation. The service was good, food excellent, no frozen rubbish, value for money - very good. A bit surprised that drinks need to be ordered at the bar and carried to the table by people themselves but waiters collect the glasses then. Nice atmosphere and music, definitely recommend.
The staff was lovely the place was decorated for Christmas and was looking gorgeous the food was lovely the wild boar was very busy if you have the chance to go there I would say do it
After having a bit if disappointment at Slains castle across the road we came across for some food. Could not have been more pleased with our southern fried chicken burger and steak. Food arrived within 10 minutes piping hot and lovely. Service was exceptional. Will be back again.

I booked a group meal for 40 people here. It’s really fantastic! All staffs are quite passionate and careful. They checked we me and let us preorder. Everyone in our group likes the taste of food here as well as the decoration. Thank you a lot!
We were quickly served. Place allows for walk ins. Has a selection of food, including vegan and vegetarian options. Waiters are very helpful. The fries are really good as was the burger I ordered. Quite busy place at lunch time, so we had to wait, however the lunch was worth the wait.

The service was super nice very friendly staff and owner, even went to the effort to make me a breakfast long after breakfast hours. Certainly for the price of what I paid and what I got I can’t fault this place at all, pop in for a little treat indeed.

The food was really good, don't mind paying a wee bit more when you can honestly say ure stuff , the under manager(I think) had a laugh and a joke with us while serving our food. Will definitely be going back when in aberdeen.xx
Superb food, highly recommend. Ordered the Steak Pie and pulled mushroom chilli, both were fantastic. Perfect Guinness to go with it as well.
My friends and I celebrated with a late lunch and drinks. The space has a nice, clean interior with good bar fare and drinks! I ordered the two Beyond Burger sliders and they were good.
Was in on Sunday with friends for lunch, the staff were so pleasant and very attentive. The food was amazing we all had the steak pie and couldn’t fault it one bit. Ty u, great service and great food will definitely be back again soon ☺️

There were missing items off the menu however what we had was still very nice indeed. It was table service for drinks also and the waiting staff were very attentive
Best pub in Aberdeen City Centre for food and drinks in my opinion. The decor is lovely, very cosy and welcoming.

I had the chicken burger with chips and a salad which was delicious, accompanied by a great gin and to follow the warm chocolate fudge cake with custard. Overall, food was delicious, for great prices and we really enjoyed our night. Will be back!
Cosy place that holds the best interior design, was told that it was the original craftsmanship of the stonemasons that served out all the details on the ceiling.
Ordered a mac n cheese and couldn't be happier with it. Table service was brilliant, wish I got the FOH staff names.
