Grace was so lovely at union square. Offered ne water because a cough caught my throat. So lovely to see a smile after a tough day 🥰

The baristas are my heroes. Considering how many orders they get every minute, the speed with witch they serve is astounding. I remember thinking as I made my order that I was going to spend a very long time waiting because there were over 10 cups standing in line before mine, but in reality it wasn’t even 10 min before I got my drink.
The quality is consistent with all the other Starbucks cafes, and it’s surprisingly not too loud here. I was able to spend about 4 hours reading my book before I had to go home

Seating area big enough even during peak hours. Olivia was super friendly and incredibly nice. The staff can definitely make your experience different. 😊

The flavour and range if drinks is great. Always seems to have a good atmosphere, with helpful friendly staff

The food was delicious, and the service was a little speedy. I expected the waiter or waitress to approach my table, but it took longer. However, the atmosphere was eclectic, adorned with beautiful plants. Management can improve service delivery by approaching guests and inquiring about their needs instead of waiting.
