Lovely and friendly staff here. The tables were clean and the restaurant looks great. The staff were very welcoming and were quite kind when I ordered our breakfast but realised that my wife had all the cash.
They got to cooking our food and making our coffee which was ready in time for my wife's return.
Prices are fair for an airport and they have a great deal on coffee and a roll.

Five hour wait for our flight connection...Aberdeen Airport...hangry kids...one restaurant choice. We've all been there.
So we were delighted to find that The Granite City not only brilliantly catered for our wee boy's allergies, but the food was superb and the service was excellent.

This place felt like a perfect mix between a homely Scottish pub/bistro and a high end restaurant: the atmosphere was so welcoming and kind. On staff were Becky and Katie who served with a smile and a nice chat to welcome you in. Truly a great time.
The food was very well prepared and served within a fast time frame. From seating, to order, to serve it was no more than 20 minutes. Even with this fast service there was no sense of being rushed through the “system”. It was just fantastic.

From the second we walked in ( there was 14 of us) Katie, Scott, Becky and Jamie quickly moved about and got us all sat together with space for cases and then asked if we wanted a group photo, something that not all places are willing to do. A very very happy Bride with a cup of tetley but even more delighted when the guys gave her a G&T on them 💛Such cheery happy staff for half 8 in the morning!! Setting us off on the mood for Portugal
