Had lovely fish and chips last night. Batter light and crispy and not greasy. Portion size perfect. impressed with the mushy peas coming in a waxed cardboard carton instead of plastic!
Always go to Hilton Fish Bar. Fresh fish cooked to order and lovely well cooked chips. Highly recommend.

The batter was full of flavor. We got the haddock and chicken, both were delicious. The batter was crisp and full of flavor. 1 criticism would be a little salty.
