Jjj Food Courts

Went in too get a fresh sandwich for something quick too eat, still ended up waiting around for 15 minutes while he made breakfasts for online orders and heated up ready made macaroni and hot dogs to send out to people. When it came to making my sandwich he also started taking some of the filler out of what was already a shady looking sandwich that cost me £4. Will definitely be the last time I get any hot food from there the furthest I’d go is the ice cream.

Man very rude!! Cookie dough came moist because the ice cream had melted. When i called up he made it all seem if it was my fault to start with. He was extremly rude in the way he spoke. He then accused me of wanting free food. I only asked for a refund on the cookie dough as it wasnt edible which i think is fair. I paid 40£ and waited nearly an hour. He finally said he would refund me after much discussion. i then had to wait another 45mins for them to come pick the food back up. I dont usually write reviews, but cant believe what just happened. Someone in this buisness really should speak with a bit more respect to paying customers.

Ordered imperious panini which is meant to have nandos peri peri chicken, bacon, jalapenos and mozzarella. Instead they sent normal chicken, bacon, mozzarella and some strange raisin sauce. Wasn't very nice. Also sent bob Ross with no reggae reggae sauce. Understand they might run out of ingredients on a Sunday but didn't even call to let us know and ask what we wanted instead. Go to uppercrust or big bites for panini instead, much much better! Much tastier, cheaper and service much better there. Just a shame they don't open on a Sunday.
