Biscuitville

This is the third visit in a row where the food is NOT what I ordered and paid for. I go here every weekend and whenever I am off of work and have always received great service and great food until the last 3 visits. The service is still good but the food is terrible. That picture is suppose to be an ultimate bacon platter. 1 slice of bacon and one fifth of a piece? Please work on training the new kitchen staff. This is the Aberdeen/Southern Pines location. Last time my bacon was a handful of nothing but crumbs. I Love this place and would sure hate to have to go to someone else but not going to continue to get food like this.

This place is only open like 6-2 which is dumb but besides that they religiously don’t have any sauces and more important no ranch. I’ve ate here maybe 20-30 times. I’ve gotten ranch when I asked maybe 3. And it’s not just this location (line is wrapped around the block in the morning and slow) it’s all of them that I’ve visited. It’s also overpriced. I’ve decided today I will not be coming back.

Normally love biscuitville and eat at a location at least three times a week. First time at aberdeen location. Super watery grits, not interested in drinking my grits. Hashbrown waaaay over done as well as bacon(some people like bacon that way so can't complain but not hashbrown bricks) not impressed. Will continue Rockingham and Matthew's locations as they are consistently the best. Money too tight to waste $10 for breakfast. Hope this helps other travelers.

Great biscuits/Staff Mediocre coffee/dry eggs and meats The staff were friendly upbeat, but for a fast food chain that specializes in southern style breakfast...come on. I've tried the steak, sausage, bacon...even new fried chicken biscuit...nothing was something I'd really go back for. I'd rather eat Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits/ Bo Jangles anything biscuits.

I rated my breakfast 2 simply because the taste was good. But, please consider that people who order gravy and biscuit through the drive-thru may not be able to eat for a few minutes (driving here) and don't expect to open a paper bag floating in gravy and a soggy blob of soaked biscuit. Please place the biscuit on the tray and place a bowl of gravy with a lid on the tray beside it. I had to return home to change clothes because I had gravy everywhere. I have this same breakfast at a drive-thru at home several times a week and I'm amazed that I was handed a bag of gravy without even a warning of what to expect or to keep the package flat. I'm a mess, my car seat is a mess. This is unacceptable and so easily preventable.

It was a very long and slow line for drive through. The lady on the microphone was funny and entertaining to us. She engaged us in funny conversation while we waited for our order. We were an hour out from their closing time at 2. I guessed they were prepping for closing. It was fine. We got our muffin and potatoes drove off into the sunset. Lol
