Mcdonald's

Is consistently the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. If you put in a order before breakfast is over, and it takes them too long to get to it, they refuse to make it. If you order curbside service they have a big chip on their shoulder and act like you cursed them out or something when they come out to your car.

This place can not be classified as fast food. There is nothing "fast" about this place. The only thing this place demonstrates consistently is incompetence. From waiting 3 minutes just for someone to acknowledge your existence in drive thru to being told to pull up to get your food and waiting 20 minutes to get it. If incompetence is their goal, they are winners. I won't be visiting this place for a looong time.

Two issues to be discussed. Would not have given this place one-star but had too. This place is consistently BAD, and I should have known better!!! I only decided to go in because there was a line of cars in the drive thru and was so long that they were out into the street. I thought wow it would probably be easier to just to go in. Now I know why the drive thru line was so long because no one wanted to deal with the issues if you try to order inside. Issue 1: Went into the place for the first time in a long time (that was my first mistake) and saw the new kiosk where you order and pay. There were 4 and one was not working. Had to wait over 15 minutes to place my order because it was taking folks so long to navigate the platform and then of course one was not working. Although this may have been a good concept - ordering and paying on these kiosk - but unless you have someone monitoring what is going on it is a disaster waiting to happen. I felt bad for people who were having difficulties figuring out the platform and tried helping them. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE CAME TO SEE IF ANYONE NEEDED HELP?? The thing about technology is it can remove the personal touch but considering how incompetent and rude these employees are, maybe that is not such a bad idea. Once your order is ready, they yell out your number and then they run off as quick as they can so they do not have to deal with you. I checked my bag and saw some things missing and it took almost 10 minutes before I could get anyone's attention and talk about rude. They would look at you and act like you were not there. What a disaster. By the time everything was said and done, I had been in there over 40 minutes. Also, the kiosks (four) were set up two against each other. The problem is that one of them was not working and there are two different entrances so guess what that meant - figure it out. Issue 2: The food was terrible. Ordered the BIG MAC meal - was cold like it had been sitting around. The big mac (meat) was so dry and bland and no sauce on it- just threw it away along with the cold bland terrible fries. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. You are better off going to the one in Pinehurst.

At least this McDonald's always gets my order right and rarely tells me their coffee machine is down when I want a mocha, which is all too often at most McDonald's I would give them 4 stars but Have unfortunately gotten old fries and patties from them before, you know just not golden and fresh and patties you can tell sat in a pan before getting on a bun
