Just ordered 5 minutes ago. We spend at least $150 per month at this place. So we asked if we could get a 20 pc. wing, 10 hot and 10 BBQ. I then heard the girl literally arguing with the manager or owner (not sure which), about what we wanted and he in no uncertain terms told her no. Charge it separate. No foul on the girl on the phone, as she was simply trying to do the right thing to get us a good price for a great customer. We're talking sauce here. You're still cooking the same number of wings regardless. Charge me an extra container if needs be, but charging separate and petty on a long term customer for difference of sauce or container was, in my opinion unprofessional, unproductive, and uncalled for. Arguing over price in front of the customer is even moreso. The decision has been made in my family that we will no longer frequent your establishment,, as we do not look kindly upon ignorance, especially from management and ownership. I hope you're very happy with that decision you made, whoever you were. I'll post again once received. It took over an hour to receive our order. Food was almost cold and had the be reheated. No receipt was furnished upon delivery, trust me I wanted to see it. Apparently there are discrepancies between Googles menu and Slice's menu. Google advertises $18.99 for 20 wings while Slice says $13.99 for 10. Being a long time customer you would think they'd be understanding of the discrepancy. I still can't get over hearing the person in charge screaming at the poor girl that was simpy relaying a customer question to him. I found it it pretty distasteful and unprofessional. There is definitely room for improvement and I hope this serves as a teachable moment for them As if the entire experience from start to finish wasn't stressful enough.

MANAGER started screaming at me on the phone as soon as he answered because there was a miscommunication. Was completely disrespectful... after years of coming here I will NEVER come back to this place. I literally never have felt so disrespected. Thank you to the employee who apologized on their managers behalf.

My husband and I ordered a half tray of lasagna from the catering menu and when we picked it up and began eating on it. That was the worst Lasagna I’ve EVER had!!! It had hardly any sauce and no ricotta cheese and hardly any mozzarella. $64 worth a waste of my money plus my gas to pick it up! We will never order from there EVER AGAIN! Do yourself a favor and ho somewhere else! GROSS!!!! 🤢

Placed an order for 3 sandwiches and fries. Waited an hour and 15 minutes and called to check on it. Said they were bagging it up. It has now been almost 2 hours and still no food. We are at work and maybe a quarter of a mile from their location. We called again and was told he is "out with it". What a horrible experience, we should have just ordered somewhere else!!!! Edit: when the driver showed up with the food it was cold and bread hard on the sandwiches. My manager spoke with the manager on the phone twice, and he was very rude . We returned the food to the driver and got our money back. I was very shocked at the way he spoke to the employee answering the phone and to my manager who called. None of us will be going back again.
