On 7 April 2022 this person you see in the picture below. Works at Dunkin’ Donuts at the Maryland house. She was so disrespectful to my wife and other customers we asked to speak to a manager. And there was no manager on duty. Something needs to happen I will be contacting the corporate offices of Dunkin’ Donuts about this matter.

There are lots of reviews here about the employees and their supposed "slow" service. When I stopped here, I saw the staff busting their butts at work.
The long delays were caused by indecisive customers. How hard is it to order a donut and a coffee? I loved my drink and muffin. They were as good as advertised.

I'm giving the young lady who was the only employee working just now a HUGE compliment. She did a great job filling orders by herself while all these angry customers were giving her a hard time. Obviously, it's not her fault that there were no other workers, but she held her own despite these rude customers that surrounded the counter, staring her down, and saying rude things. Oh, and she made my coffee perfectly. The owner of this establishment should give her a raise. She was a young African American lady and she had a patch over one eye.

Staff was pleasant but slow. They charge extra for swirl flavoring that I've never had to pay extra for at any other Dunkin and almost gave the wrong flavor. Give credit to cashier who was patient with the customer in front of me who appeared to have never tasted/ordered something like a coffee in his life and asked a dozen stupid questions, like "do I like the taste of sugar". Plan an extra 15 minutes to your stop if there is no one in line, even longer if busy.

Don't waste your money or time. Always long lines, employees handle cups with fingers inside (no gloves). Bakery items are stale and seem day old at best. Yuk!!!

This is supposed to be a 24 hour Dunkin’ Donuts according to online hours. it’s 11pm and you have a rude associate yelling we are closed waving his hand like go away. First of all post a sign if your closed early and turn off the sign lights. Secondly learn how to speak to people properly. Your standing at the counter milking the clock cause your not even cleaning or doing anything productive. I asked you to repeat yourself cause I couldn’t hear you and couldn’t understand why you were talking with your hands. Then your vaping inside the building.. get it together! UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!

If I could give it no stars I would. Went there today waited more than 20 minutes for my order. Bad management with three people working including the Manager I was giving my drinks first but instead of finishing up with my order waiting on a bagel and a breakfast wrap everyone that came right after me was served before me just because their orders were drinks only. I believe that you should finish one order instead of starting another.

Super slow service, even to get only a cup of coffee. The digital self order kiosk that is supposed to save so much time is actually all backed up with a line because there is only one. Meantime numerous staff people are doing nothing behind the counter but chatting with each other.
