We visited here whilst on holiday. Super service and very friendly. Food was hot and tasty and all dietary requirements were adhered to. Really dog friendly (he even had a treat!). Staff couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to Wales!

Great little pub with a brilliant atmosphere. We visited during our holiday for a meal out. The food was good, it was dog friendly and they had a great kids menu so smiles all round!

Came for breakfast after turned away by another cafe. Super friendly, couldn't do enough to help. Great for dog owners even got him a bowl of water and biscuits!

I visited the George & Dragon with my Husband and some friends last night for tea and I was amazed at such a fantastic menu with so many Vegetarian and Vegan options 😍
You can tell a huge effort has gone in to creating a menu with a huge variety of V food (the Shicken was delicious!). The whole menu was such good value for money.
The barman who took our order and spoke to us to check if we were ok or needed anything else was lovely and friendly, had a great sense of humour and took care of us despite being rushed off his feet.
The toilets were lovely and clean.
Such a credit to Abergele, can’t wait to eat there again ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Nice little pub restaurant in Abergele. Parking is at the library car park, to the right. The food is great and the service is faultless. I would recommend to visitors in the area.

Lee (the landlord), Claire, Elliot and Dave are some of the team I've come across on my visits and they are nothing but friendly, accommodating, approachable and hard working!
I've had food here a few times and that has always been delicious and reasonably priced, there's a wide selection of drinks including cocktail pitchers (See 'Purple Rain' in picture... Highly recommend!)
I believe the pub is in the process of bringing in DJ nights every so often, focusing on 80s, 90s and 00s music. Which is something Abergele is lacking currently and will be brilliant for the locals on a weekend!
All in all, I would highly recommend giving this lovely pub a visit, you won't be disappointed :-)

Fantastic night over the festives in our favourite Abergele pub....Quiz night and Play Your Cards Right....lots of fun in a proper local boozer..... friendly staff, good priced drinks and Lee the Landlord is doing a great job in these tough times....we need to support.

first time here for pub meal service excellent, staff courtious dog friendly. i had best burger in a while hubby had steak pie was b lovely. even though rugy on tv the place wasnt to loud. would deff recommend for pub grub. xxxx

We had been looking for somewhere for breakfast and had been recommended after a local cafe was fully booked. We came here and we were not disappointed. Great home cooked breakfast, reasonable price and amazing service.

Walked in to be met with a welcome fit George and His Dragon themselves 😁 nipped in for a quick drink and it felt like home, amazing staff good looking place and good prices etc, could see the food which looked nice will definitely be visiting again.
