I've found that standards seem to be slipping in North Wales when it comes to British Indian food. Bar a minority of exceptions, overpriced and poorly prepared seems to be the trend in many places. Not here. Last night was our first visit (came to treat the old dear in Abergele to a curry), and we were blown away.
Truly excellent, refined flavours, and incredible value, especially given the generous servings. I had the Jaljoul (mixed tikka and naga). Intensely good. And contrary to ill-composed commentary below, wonderfully friendly proprietors.
Please start delivering to Penmaenmawr. Respect.
Best take away curry I've had for YEARS! Excellent, spot on guys
excellent food with first class service on orders
Could not fault the staff, I ordered a lamb vindaloo but when I went to collect cash only. All surroundings ATMs not working so I managed to gather 6 pound and they let me take the food and pay fully later, which I did return and pay in full. The vindaloo was excellent
Just had our first take away meal tonight and it was amazing π my daughter who is not a big Indian foodie wolfed it down saying she's converted it was so tasty π it's priced fairly, definitely will be going back again x
Lovely food accommodating a mixture if dietary needs with no problem at all. Always good quality. Spot on!
Good food, friendly staff prompt and consistent service. always ready at stated times
Excellent food, staff always friendly and polite. Thanks
Small Indian takeaway. Staff were friendly, food was very good on the whole. Naan was probably one of the best we've had. Went for the garlic chilli chicken which was spicy! Not the cheapest compared to others we've been to, but I guess it was worth the extra.
Wow visited here yesterday for first time 19/11/22 was that impressed went back day after. The place is really clean you can watch the lovely friendly gentlemen cook your food.We had lamb madras which was delicious. The lamb was so lean and succulent. With this we had garlic rice this was one of the best we have had. Also had chicken tikka biryani this was amazing the chicken tikka was so moist and tasty and plenty of it too.The house curry that comes with it was lovely. Probably one of the best tandoori takeaways we have had.
Please visit this place you won't be disappointed.
Good size portions very well cooked.
Chicken tikka biryani and two large Onion bajis with yogurt MINT sauce.WITH SMALL SALAD GARNISH.
Great little find whilst visiting the area. We would definitely recommend it ππΌπTASTY !!!
Love it here amazing food and great people π
Excellent food; freshly prepared where you can see the chefs cooking. Very tasty meals, reasonably priced and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend!! ππππ
Best curry I've had in a long time, would highly recommend. You could tell it was made fresh with fresh ingredients and wasnt really salty like a lot of indian takeaways. Staff were polite and friendly. Wish we lived nearby as I would definitely be a regular if we did.
We started using Red chilli's a while ago when the old place we used wasn't as nice for several times. We tried Red Chilli's instead and it did not disappoint! Excellent food quality and decent size portions every time. Great customer service and always so busy which says a thousand words in itself. Despite being busy this never affects the quality of the food. The specials are beautiful! We usually have the meal for 2 and they are more than happy to change the options for a small cost.
Have been here a few times over the last couple of months, always brilliant. Naan breads are fresh, curries freshly made and tasty, meat is always tender. If you live locally and haven't tried here, you should definitely give it a go.
π±(Vegan-options) Nice Indian food. Takeaway only. Good prices, really friendly guys and a clean, open kitchen. Nowhere near as wonderful as it was a few years ago but still recommended, try the vegetable bhuna. Plenty of vegan options. Curries can be a bit oily.
Got a take away, which we picked up.
Good honest family run business. The curries were amazing, the nann bread was perfect and we watched it all being freshly prepare for us through the window to the kitchen.
The owner was front of house and his dad prepared our meal. We were welcomed and chatted about all sorts of stuff.
We came out wishing more people were that friendly once we ate our meal we wished we lived closer.
There was no restaurant this is strictly a take away but I like the fact this is a small family run business that takes pride in their menu and cooking.
