Stopped for dinner and tried to order on the app but it froze after I had paid and so it caused havoc trying to sort the order out.
Staff were lovely though. and really helpful, thankfully the payment went through ok in the end.
Staff worked hard to keep tables and floors clean due to disrespectful customers just dropping foods on the floor and not picking them up or just leaving empty food wrappers on tables.
Food and drinks were nice and temperature hot and my McSpicy was the hottest one I’ve ever had at a Maccies! 🥵🤯
Would call again if we were in the area.

A clean quiet McDonald's, ideal for a quick stop on the motorway. Drive thru too so no need to even get out the car to grab a drink.

Quite a busy place being just off the A55 North Wales Express Way. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Not directly related to this restaurant, the McDonald's app does not work properly on my phone. I mentioned this to the order taker but he said that he has never seen the app before.

There was no service as you do it yourself. They put your food on counter you take it away

Ok place for a quick bite. Might me a little overcrowded because of its location, but staff tries to keep it clean and tidy.
