We did an online order for pick up. The sandwiches (3 total) were all bread, barely any meet or veggies. Normally we get them in the store and they are really good. I called to let them know that the sandwiches were not made well and I was told that is how they come and to have a nice day. We won't be going back to that location....

This is the sandwich we received from an online order from this location. When we called to let them know this was not acceptable they said "that's just how they are made, have a nice day". Unbelievable.

I highly recommend this place. The food is high quality and very fresh. And the store is ran well and kept very neat and clean. The guy Matt that works there in the early part of the day is very pleasant and enjoyable to interact with. You can tell he is a hard working and good guy. If you stop here you will appreciate the good service.

I ordered my dinner for delivery and part of my order was not in the bag. I was not notified of this, in fact I had to chase down the delivery driver to ask him where the rest of my order was. He told me that they ran out of the item that I wanted so they threw in an extra bag of chips. But they also forgot the bag of chips that I ordered.
I called the store and spoke to Nick the manager on duty and told him how the delivery driver failed to mention the missing product and how I had to discover for myself. I explained to him how it's not about the missing item and not about the bag of chips but about the customer service. I was not notified of any of this and had to discover for myself that I was without the items that I purchased along with the $5 tip I gave the driver.
I asked Nick if he could refund me for my order, not because of the missing items but because of the poor customer experience. He said that he could not.
I will vote with my money for the businesses that I want to succeed. I used to vote for Jimmy John's but now I will no longer.

They are freakin' freaky fast! One time I placed my order & I went to the bathroom & by the time I came out, my food was ready! Even better, another time I had just placed my order and was finishing putting my change in my wallet & they handed me my order! The menu basically describes the food as not gourmet but in my opinion it's great! I recommend the JJBLT. It's super yummy! The staff is very nice at this location. Go there now or better yet call them. They'll be at your doorstep freaky fast!

Went to JJ’s on Friday, Aug 7th. On the door is a sign posted,”We’re currently out of Salami. Sorry for the inconvenience.” I was buying a #9 Italian Night Sub for my wife, which has Salami. I say to the man at the register, “I see ur out of Salami. What other meat do u have to replace?” He starts reading a list, “We have Turkey....” I stop him & say, “THATS GOOD.” Then he says,”We’re also out of Cappacola.” I say w/a smile, “Ok. Not much of an Italian sub then. Ur out of 2 of 3 meats. What else do u have to replace?” He reads from the list & says, “We have turkey, Roast Beef...” I say,”That’s good. Roast beef will work.” I paid $9.54 for that sub & it was prepared very quickly. When I look at the receipt, HE UP-CHARGED ME $2 FOR ADDING ROAST BEEF! LMAO!!! The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is b/c the sub was tasty and made quickly. It should’ve been considering I paid almost $10 for it!

It is good & fast. A bit large for me. You order the meat but it is prepared their way. They did hold the mayo & added vinegar but you make a request for any changes.
