Mcdonald's

The tables were mostly not cleaned, but they unclean ones were marked unclean so at least they were aware of it. The lady that took my order was real nice and asked me appropriate questions like do you need and condiments (I've been to a few locations and was never asked) it was very refreshing. The food tasted pretty good as well.

They used to be good. Now I find frequently mine, and others', orders are wrong. If they are busy and you walk in, they will look at you but NOT SAY A WORD, and not take your order certainly, no matter how long you stand there or offer a friendly "Hello!" They should at least ACKNOWLEDGE customers who come in, and not assume everyone is going to use their automated ordering system. Some folks still pay cash sometimes

This location never fails ro disappoint. Drive through line out ro the street so we circled the building to park and walk in, there were no cars between the order board and the pickup window, they were just that slow to take orders. So we walked in, there are 4 self order kiosks but 3 don't work. So we wait for the only one working, place our order the the credit card processor doesn't work so we still have to stand in line for the only employee just to pay. After all that, they still screwed the order up. Whoever owns this location really needs to step in soon.

My daughter and grandson visit McDonald's a lot, and I took them to the drivethrough, where we ordered a specific type of drink. After paying at the first window, we got to the second window, where someone had made the wrong drinks and literally said, "can't you just take them???" as if we were at fault for their mistake. My daughter requested to speak to the manager, and she took care of it for us. The staff needs some customer service training.
