From the inviting ambiance to the impeccable service and mouthwatering food, this establishment exceeded my expectations in every way. The moment I walked into Miller & Carter, I was greeted by a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The tasteful decor, soft lighting, and cozy seating arrangements set the stage for a delightful dining experience. The restaurant exuded a warm and welcoming vibe, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy a great meal. The standout aspect of my visit was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by our server, Jenna. She was not only attentive and knowledgeable but also displayed an impressive level of care and understanding towards my fruit allergy. Jenna went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was safe and enjoyable. Her attentiveness and willingness to accommodate my dietary needs were truly commendable. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food! As a steak lover, I was thrilled with the quality and taste of the steaks at Miller & Carter. Each cut was cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear on the outside and a juicy, tender center. The menu offered a wide range of options, allowing me to choose the perfect steak to satisfy my cravings. The accompanying sides and sauces were equally delightful, complementing the steaks perfectly and enhancing the overall dining experience. Furthermore, the attention to detail and presentation of the dishes showcased the restaurant's commitment to excellence. We have just had Sunday lunch there from the fixed Sunday lunch menu and it was excellent value for money. Must say a special thank you to Amelia who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Stacey was kind enough to serve us and it was a pleasure of dining there! Drinks both soft and alky, brilliant. Starters was lovely, as you can see the aubergine bao buns, just amazing. Then the main, the 12oz sirloin medium rare, with beef dripping sauce, it was just delicious. Will go back happily and try the other types of steak as well as their meat free burger!

Been to quite a few Miller and Carters, this is a newly ish opened one. The food was as lovely as usual, no complaints there. Tried the alcohol free winter berry cooler which is definitely recommended. Staff are lovely and friendly. There was a bit of a wait for the table, food and bill due to a couple of big tables, but I think they handled it very well considering - and to be honest they’ve not been open long. We weren’t in a hurry and were in good humour about the situation! Didn’t get to use the toilets so can’t comment on facilities but plenty of parking and it’s just off the A34 so really accessible. I did notice however sticky fingerprints on the surface of the bar we waited at when we first came in, which left me thinking oh no… but they were quite busy. There were people going around clearing up so it was gradually being sorted. We happened to be seated under quite an intense light, which was a bit annoying but you could see your food at least. Some tables did look quite atmospheric and slightly dimmed but they could probably do with turning the brightness down on the overhead lights. Overall definitely coming here again and hopefully they will be well established enough by then to move this up from a 4* to a 5*. Great to not have to travel to Reading to visit M+C anymore!🎄

First time visiting, very happy with the chilled atmosphere. Stacey looked after us for our meal, which was excellent in every way. Stacey even went out of her way to make it special for my wife on her birthday. Very Well done
