Called in here based on reviews of the good wi-fi signal (which did not disappoint). The hot and cold beverages and all the yummy food it serves was definitely an added bonus. Had great difficulty deciding what to eat because it all seemed delicious. Settled on coffee and cake. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and good food. Would recommend.

This was a seriously fabulous find! Great baking and a very warm welcome awaits. Your biggest problem might be deciding just how many different cakes you simply HAVE to taste! Fortunately me and my lovely wife are very cooperative when it comes to sharing delicious things! To walk off the calories afterwards make sure to explore the locale. There are some stunning hidden gems to be discovered! Head out on the road towards Castle Tioram and you'll find some amazing sights, especially if you get out of the car and stretch your legs!

The tea rooms are great. There are a number of tea/coffee outlets in close proximity but it's worth making sure you visit this one. We had smoked venison on cream cheese bagels with salad and it was just amazing. The cakes looked great but were stuck for time and so unfortunately could not sample them too. The staff were great with the kids too. Great place to stop for lunch if you are doing the Lock Shiel Cruise. Super friendly staff who were working hard at making a business here. Very cute artistic looking decor & clean premises. Coffee and walnut cake was delicious & the best I've had. Lovely soya lattes. Would highly recommend a stop.

If you are someone who is a fan of fast food and food to go on the run, the Acharacle Tea Room may not be the place for you. If on the other hand you are a fan of freshly made food, home baking and a come in and sit down and enjoy our fare kind of welcome, then it is the place for you. A good variety on their menu and a specials board and freshly baked scones, brownies and when we were there 4 different cakes. The staff are young, personable and welcoming, the food is good, and you know it's good when you get a mix of locals and retuning visitors all stopping in to enjoy their food.

Out of this world. You don't expect to find a tea room in ba small community like this, let alone one good as this. The cakes are heavenly. And it has the thumbs up from my two fussy kids. Whenever we are praying they ask to stop.
