Willy's Ale Room

Willy's was pretty good. Had 4 different flavored wings. The garlic parmesan were the best. My wife had the steak tip dinner and it was cook perfectly, very tasty. Food quality very good, prices on the high average side. Check out the menu...great selection. Service was excellent, great attitude by the staff.

What a fun little place! Wings were great, very juicy with a big selection of sauces. Wait staff was attentive and even with masks on their smiles were evident. We were a party of 3 and sat at a small high top table that got very tight when 60 Wings were delivered to our table and beverages! Of course, the required mountain of napkins for Wings took up space as well. The menu selection of wing choices used a number scale for spice/heat and it was very accurate! Definitely would return but perhaps when the pandemic subsides as the patrons were not going cautious and the staff did not require compliance.... a position that nobody wants to be put in.... so I'll be back Willy's.... and I will not eat for 24 hours this time so as to conquer the mountain of food that you serve!!

Showed up at 6 for wing night. Were sat right away, and we ordered drinks. Placed our food orders and refilled drinks. After waiting over an hour for our food, the manager walked out and announced that they had run out of propane and couldn't cook anymore food. They knew this would happen, because they had missed their delivery this morning, yet still accepted orders. He assured us that all uncooked food would be taken off our bills (gee thanks). Apparently, they tried to shirk off this announcement on our wonderful waitress. Very unimpressed with management. No offers for writing off the drinks we ordered or gift card apologies for the two hours we wasted tonight. Oh, and their benches are the most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat on. I'll be bruised for a week. Terrible experience.
