Never serves hot food just before 8 pm. It’s like they shut it down at 6. Employee tells me they serve hot food again at 10 pm like that is nice but I’m here now and hungry after work. I used to go in the evening and it was fine at like 9:30. Absolute joke when I get off work and can get coffee but no food not even a bagel. I don’t know what has happened to this place but it has gone way down hill.staff are polite but new policies are stupid. New owner? No idea but not i am not impressed lately.

Have been there at 8pm and couldn't buy a sandwich. Have been there at 7pm and couldn't buy a sandwich. Why they have a 10 closing when all you can buy is a coffee and if you are lucky maybe they a have doughnut. Of course nothing is posted prior to getting and spending time in line when you can't buy anything

I went in the store right before 10 pm and asked them what time they are open till and the girl responded 24/7 our drive thru. I told her I missed my bus and I wanna sit down. She let me buy food and coffee and didn't even clearify that I can't because they'll close in 5 mins. Later one of them told me that I can't sit and the staff didn't give me wrong info. Why in the world I will walk in the store late night and wanna ask what time the drive thru is open?? Horrible service. No humanity or sense and every one is just looking out for themselves. And why the hell in google it says till 11pm??

Good hot coffee, however customer service severely lacking. Was greeted through the drive through by a male voice with a lazy "hello". There was no asking what am I ordering etc. The $ amount given and that's it. Upon arrival at the window there were literally no words spoken by the young lady. No order confirmation, $amount, change was given back without any words. Coffee handed and window promptly closed. Staff obviously not having a good day. At least our coffees were correct and delicious!
