It was a really normal coffee but more expensive than any other coffee , my comments also maybe weird but the milk they use it ruins the coffee taste
However they finish their coffee quick and the place furniture is good and comfortable

Personally I like it , the bold headed fellow behind the counter is very nice and friendly , the drink I ordered was a lamington chiller ( picture attached ) which is a promotional item at the moment, tasted great , I enjoyed it very much .

By far one of the coffee experiences I've had. The bald barista (I'm sorry I don't know your name) I get coffee from him about once a month and he is one of the best baristas I've come accross in my life. The coffee is gorgeous and rich with flavour but at the same time it doesn't have tiny coffee granules down the bottom of the cup. He remembers everyone's name and talks to everyone brightens his day. The first time I thought it was a fluke but I've been back several times and the same thing happens, it's amazing. I only go there for my coffee if he's working because your other baristas aren't as good and lack a lot in comparison. I've also had strawberry milkshakes and they're pretty good, no complaints!
I've never seen the place looking dirty or filthy and I'm a regular. During uni study periods I have come here multiple times a day sometimes. Some of the chairs could use an upgrade and maybe a few books to read in a bookcase somewhere but that's all I recommend really

Went in today as it was quiet. 2 staff talking at back of the cafe and dirty tables. 1 served me fairly quickly but they were more interested in continuing their conversation than coming out to clean the tables so people could sit and enjoy their coffee.

I’ve been coming here once or twice a week for the past couple of months. The coffee is decent and it’s a good atmosphere for studying. However, I will never return to this store after my experience today. When picking up our coffees my friend and I were pulled into a conversation with the manager/owner that ended with some horrifically offensive transphobic comments on his behalf. My friend and I made it clear that we were uncomfortable with this and walked away, however he continued to have a very loud conversation on the subject with the other barista for several minutes, during which time they made comments which were extremely bigoted and inappropriate in regards to transgender people and the LGBT+ community as a whole. I cannot and will not support this kind of behaviour, and I am writing this review so that people can be aware of who they will be supporting by giving this store their business. There is another Gloria Jeans store about 5 minutes’ walk away in the Myer Centre, I would suggest them as a far more welcoming alternative.

Enjoyed the cosy atmosphere and flexibility of service in making up a cheese croissant not on display. Nice quiet place, quick service, relatively busy. Would go back again. Hot chocolate was a bit average for a chocolate lover, otherwise overall happy with service and food.

The most run down coffee shop I have ever been in, chairs broken and filthy, floor covered in food scraps with extremely dirty windows and panes. Poor service. Visiting from Perth where Gloria Jeans cafes are immaculate, I hope that this was a one off.
