The Rupee Room

This place called the Snake Charmer before, we are eating here since 2010, always cook nice food with reasonable price. As usual, I called the same number few weeks ago to order 4 dishes takeaway then realized the business name has been changed to the The Rupee Room when I come to pick up my take away. The 4 dishes takeaway taken over 1 hour to cook, kitchen send the dishes I ordered to someone else who sit nearby the front door when I sit nearby. Then the staff member bring it back and repacked for me. After that they forget one dishes when I checked the number of containers. Also, the beef korma we ordered are taste completed different and not tasty like before. We are now scared to come back again.

I have come here 3 times since they replaced Charminar (which had was a fantastic restaurant) Every experience has been bad, the front desk staff are slow, forgetful and the food can vary. The first few times the food was good but my latest I was ripped off. Pick up your service and perhaps you will gain more customers... I have never seen this location so empty in the years I have been here
