Adelaide Pavilion

Recently celebrated my mum’s 60th birthday at the Adelaide Pavilion and I highly recommend the venue, location, decor and service! Samantha, in particular, was extremely professional, efficient, friendly and great to liaise with. She was very thorough with all the details and was so organised, ensuring the event ran smoothly. I commend her for her efforts and would recommend the Adelaide Pavilion to anyone. On the night of the event, Bree and her team were fabulous, ensuring all ran smoothly, on time and all the guests were very well attended.

We recently had our wedding at the Pavilion and it was simply incredible. Everything on the night was spectacular; the set up looked like something out of a fairytale, the food was phenomenal (every single menu item was a hit) and the service on point! Our guests could not have been more appreciative. We were in the Parkview room and had around 160 guests + a 9 piece live band and there was ample room for dancing and moving about. The team have a series of recommended table arrangements; making it easy to find something that effectively suits your event's numbers. Our experience with the event coordinators was great too; communication was always timely and transparent to the point where there was no stress or worry for us during any time of the planning process. Excellent professionalism throughout! I would highly suggest using their recommended vendors for interior decorations etc as they're all seasoned veterans and it makes the entire process seamless. The adjacent Veale gardens are also a dreamy spot for photos, which logistically makes things a lot easier on the big day. Also very nice to have a decent amount of free parking available for the designated drivers.

I want to say thanks to Adelaide Pavilion Team for working hard on our 14th Anniversary dinner party. I praise their fantastic hospitality services. The team were so patient with guest and managed them politely. I really want to salute Adelaide Pavilion for their excellent services. The deco was great, and the room looked amazing, with the beautiful lights and flower decoration. Samantha and the team made our 14th Anniversary unique, and everyone was admiring the glamorous decoration. All our guest liked the food, and everyone was talking about the tastes and the meal. All the dishes were incomparable. We will definitely prefer to book again. Cheers, Mark Momanyi

Venue is lovely overlooking the gardens.. but the food we had at the conference I went to was ordinary.. that may not be the venues fault if the venue did not do the catering... the other issue is the parking.. very limited, so if u have a sizeable function very few of your guests will be able to park.. Adelaide City Council changed the parking situation there a few years ago, changed the direction the cars parked in.. used to be angle parking , now parallel, so far fewer cars can park.. as with everything else the City Council touches, they stuffed it up.. absolutely no idea why they had to change the direction of parks so as to eliminate at least a doz parks down the back..ludicrous

We booked their banquet hall for my sister wedding and the service was just amazing. They offer many things including caters, lights and decoration for reception. I didn't have to ping them for anything. All the arrangements were right on time. They take great responsibility. I am highly impressed by them. The best thing is the charges for the banquet hall is completely worth.

A quaint venue tucked into the corner of Veale gardens. I attended a wedding there last week and the room was beautiful decorated and it was so nice to have an almost 360° view of the gardens that surround the place. Friendly service and decent food, they need to do something about the fly screen door, security fencing that’s around the bar though.
