I am not sure what the negative reviews are. I have been with MIGA for almost 20 years and always had the best support and professional response.

I've always had good service from the staff. If they don't have the answer at the time they would always investige a solution and get back to me.

After my experiences with them, my advice is steer well clear of MIGA.

I tried to do business with them but didn’t have a positive experience. I think staff are unhappy because of the way management behaves. In my view, I feel that the way this company is managed creates an unpleasant place for staff. This results in unpleasant customer service or general experience for people like me, a potential customer.

If I could do 0 or negative stars I would. Avoid and take your business elsewhere. Not a customer centric organization. I think it is very self serving by management and a frustrating place for staff with a us and them mentality. Frustrations for customers is that staff come across as disempowered to help.
