Perfect example of a chain created by popular personalities that will eventually fail. It needs some attention and refreshing from N&R. *Greeted with unhappy faces and the intrusive blaring of what was obviously a staff members personal iPod playlist. *Coffee was made by someone clearly willing to put absolutely no effort or skill into it. *Food was stale and boring. *store was messy and decor was tired. I wasn't expecting the world from this place, but in an age where the Australian coffee/cafe culture is immaculate, an aspiring chain (Rundle mall N&R) should be cautious when delivering an awful cafe experience.

This review is for the TTP Nic & Rocco's. Bought coffee and a tea, 1 cronut and 1 melting moment. So overly priced, 1 dounut cronut thing cost $7 bucks, that's way, way over the top. If it tasted nice, the price wouldve still bit you on the bum, but it was dreadful, heated up in the microwave. The melting moment was as hard as a rock, definitely had been frozen, you could taste that for sure and definitely not fresh. I could've thrown it and it would've broken a window for sure. Had to laugh when it was served with a petite fork. There was no way that fork was going through. Tea average, had to ask for my milk twice and coffee tasted like bitter burnt beans. Staff not very friendly. Need to fix this, we were very excited to try you guys out, but your names are just names after this horrible experience.
