Sahara Shisha Lounge

This shisha lounge started off really well but over the years it has taken a sharp decline in service and quality. As someone who attends regularly the state of service is quite shocking recently considering we wait over half an hour for a simple change of coals. Additionally the coals are almost always half dead when they are placed meaning that within a few moments they are once again dead and require replacement. Rinse and repeat and you have the standard of service over the last few months. This is in sharp contrast to the fantastic service that was available over previous years which had originally brought and kept us here. I sincerely hope this changes as this is still a great location but at this rate it seems hardly likely that returning is even worth considering.

My friend and I went here on New Years, although the shisha was great the fact that our server dropped a bit of coal on her dress made our experience terrible. This caused her brand new dress to have holes in it. She has contacted you and your lack of reply to her multiple messages shows that you don’t really care. Not impressed.
