Review Milanos - Airdrie

**Excellent Food and Excellent Customer Care. I am simply a customer who pops in the odd time and have nothing to do with Milanos. I placed an order for three people on Saturday November 7th 2020, collected it, and found when I returned home that part of the order was incorrect, receiving a full Doner Kebab meal instead of a burger meal. No idea how that happened but my receipt confirmed what they had given me so I had ‘no leg to stand on’. My adult daughter went back and explained the situation. They were totally good about it, gave her the new order plus two free bottles of Irn Bru, whereas they could have told her it was our fault. I was very impressed. Most importantly to me, the food is 10/10. Their beef burgers are not only homemade but they actually taste like they are homemade. Well done Milanos.

Lovely food, always hot and fresh. I like the fact that they make all there own pizza dough, burgers and pakora etc in store by hand. Shop is lovely and clean. Great staff always willing to accommodate your needs. Never had a bad meal ever. Keep up the great work guys and girls. Service with a smile always

This chippie is something else! I can't resist ordering the spicy chicken pizza and it never disappoints me. NOT ONCE! This time I tried their fish supper and OMG! It was really tasty, and the batter so crispy 🤤 Finally found somewhere to order food with no hesitation. THANK YOU!

Just been in.. got 2 fish, large chips portion of fritters & some pickles... the fish were gorgeous fresh and really crispy..nice clean fresh chips not brown reheats and the fritters were the best & biggest I've ever had. I like pickled onion vinegar on my food instead of normal vinegar..not a problem... sizzlers in chapelhall tried to charge me 30p for the pickle vinegar & 30p for the tub...aye right... the staff in here were excellent very friendly & polite...defo will be back..great wee treat fed 3 if us..thank you.👍

Although delivery took a wee while but the food was AMAZING, pizza was great and I am real fussy with pizza. Delivery wait would be understandable cos they must be real busy selling food like this :) . Best food in Airdrie, pizza beats Dominos & Pizza Hut any day of the week. Hubby got king rib super and he said it was amazing. Will be ordering from here from now on. 2nd time and not disappointed x

Just ordered pizzas tonight and was considering getting Dominoes. I thankfully didn’t as this order not only worked out cheaper but the kids states that the pizza was better than Dominoes. I had pakora which was delicious. Love this place and the staff. You won’t be disappointed

Excellent fish and chips we have had in a long time brilliant value for money and plenty of it also the kebabs are excellent as well staff very friendly and very reasonable

Everything you get from this take out joint is absolutely brilliant. If you like a kebab, fish n chips, pizza, pasta and chicken or anything on the menu it's magic

Excellent food. Love the fact everything is fresh and made on premises eg dough for pizza, burgers, pakoras, macaroni, lasagna and sauces. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Shop is always spotless. And you don’t smell the horrible chippy smell usually found from chip shops. Keep up the good work.
