Really tasty food, with really nice and friendly waiters. It was rather pricey, but the food was of a great quality - the butter Naan was amazing. Would happily return again!
Very patient and polite staff, good-sized portions for each course. The fish was cooked so that it literally fell apart. Lamb samosas cooked very well (tender lamb). Biryani was spicy and there was plenty of it. 10/10
Excellent. Had not planned on having an Indian meal whilst staying at the White Lion, but am so pleased I did. 2 Vegetarian mains to choose from, excellent, prompt service from their friendly staff and reasonably priced. I had the Vegetable Do Pyaza, and it was delicious. I’ll be back!
Take away only. The food was great. Kids didn’t find it too spicy so food didn’t last for long! Sign of lovey food.

Despite the reviews my husband and myself decided to order a takeaway. We were pleasantly surprised. To me this seems like an authentic Indian Restaurant. The meat was of a good quality and quantity. The service was pleasant on the telephone and when collected. If you want a delicious takeaway I'd r
I enjoyed dining at this restaurant. Food service was very good. The atmosphere was very warm and relaxing. I would definately go back there.
Food great with seafood options. Menu is a little different but with some old favourites.
AMAZING! Amazing food, amazing atmosphere and most importantly amazing staff! Special shout out to Amy, we have been here four times in the last six months and every time have had such a good experience. Having missed out on our tenth wedding anniversary (and my parents 60th) in 2020, we couldn't w
Loved this place. We started with a mosaic IPA and a generously poured Old Fashioned. The starters of lamb seekh kebab and paneer were good, though could have used a bit of side salad and more seasoning on the paneer. But the mains were a highlight. Highly recommended the fish curry and saag aloo. C
