The queues outside weren’t wrong. Ordered cod and chips and the sausages (which are actually sausages in batter)
The cod was lovely and fresh and the batter was light and crisp.

A must visit every time we go to Aldeburgh. In fact, I look for excuses to travel there! In nice weather, you can find a place on the beach or on a bench and enjoy a sea view only 2 minutes away! Quality.
We went here one evening during the Aldeburgh Food Festival (held in Snape Maltings). Fish and chips were great and the pub next door is very convenient for you to sit and eat whilst having a brilliant Adnams beer. Heaven.
