It is always great to have a sea view and a nice cold alcoholic beverage in hand on a hot sunny day right? This place in a perfect location for that! Service was ok, drinks prices were expensive but I guess it is expected being in a prime location in a tourist area. Didn't eat there, again because I thought it was expensive so was put off by the price. Toilets were cleaned to a high standard.
Lovely tapas lunch, all very tasty, service great, fabulous view from the restaurant of Aldeburgh beach, great location, we will be back again soon
Nice lunch in this hotel on the seafront. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
Lovely location and lots of options on the menu. We sat outside to enjoy the view, but sadly, there is no table service if you do. There was no easy way of telling what the catch of the day is, and it would have been helpful to see this on a chalkboard or printed sheet. The food was great, and we really enjoyed the fresh seafood and tapas plates. The Fisher's gin cocktails are a must! I loved the smoked gin with Lime and ginger beer.
Lovely meal, with a great sea view. Excellent customer service.
Great team, front of house very aware of what the menu was made up of, coupled with a polite and efficient service.
Great setting.
Best fish and chips I the lovely terrasse on a sunny day. Loved jt
Lovely lunch outside after restrictions eased, post lockdown 3.0.
The staff and customer service were excellent. We were put on a holding table to order a drink before a table in the sun was available. Nicely spaced tables and top quality food. Thanks
Always love coming here for the view, the beer and oysters. The service is always hit and miss, with the more senior bar staff - many of whom who don't appear to give a jot about customer service or experience - curt, barely if ever make eye contact, and honestly give the impression that those funding their existence are a sheer inconvenience. Staff working on the front terrace are also observed to drink there, which looks poor and is very easily avoided since are they frequently required to go behind the scenes to fetch things. In a local pub this is fine, in what the Brudenell pretends to be (and fails for the above reasons), it isn't.
Oysters are great, served well, and very competitively priced. Adnams ales are well kept and of course the views make up for what is at best variable quality service.
Had lovely coffee and teacake watching the waves crashing really friendly staff
