Tim Hortons

Terrible customer service. I got to Tim Hortons every day for a coffee after work. (Threw the drive threw) and it use to be really good and someone would acknowledge me and say they would be here in a second to help. For the past month when I drive up to the speaker, I am forced to wait about 15 minutes before they even acknowledge us and most of the time when they do (after that time passes) they tell me to wait a moment more. Then after 5 more mins they are finally able to take my order. I order the same thing every day. (A large triple triple with caramel) Sometimes it's good but some times it tastes like chemicals or dirt water. And the staff just don't seem to care about helping people or their jobs.

I’m a vegetarian and ordered a harvest wrap. They put real sausage in the wrap and when I went back they started arguing and saying it was a harvest party. Until they pulled a real sausage out and realized the mistake they made. The issue is the lady touched everything with her gloves and then proceeded to make my wrap with contaminated gloves. Just terrible food safe. I didn’t end up eating due to cross contamination

Very well staffed. I thought I opened the mens bathroom by mistake when I went into the womens. The floor has old black dirt, the toilet seat had every color on it, the sink had not been cleaned for days. If this is how they take cleaning what does the kitchen look like! I asked if a.manger or supervisor was on and they totally ignored me. I know see I was a Karen.. but.....

I watched the casher take payment the turn around and start preparing a order and did NOT remove her glove or wash her hand until I spock up and there really not customer friendly and did not have yougert for breakfast and now screwed up the next customer order manager need to do real training here
