In here nearly everyday. Staff are great and coffee normally on point but I don't understand why they don't do something about all the flies. It's so unhygienic. Really needs a deep clean and a bit of a refresh.

Say this, as I think it one of the cleanest ones I have been in. Still needs a refurbishment as a lot of Nero's do.

Typical Nero, great coffee, a relaxed atmosphere with bookshelfs and wall prints. All the staff are well trained and friendly. Sometimes the store is a little cold so bring an extra layer. They also have a good selection of fresh pastries delivered each morning!

I like Caffe Nero in as much as it is a cosy place to sit and relax during lunchtime. Not the fastest service but then it seems none of the coffee chains are able to achieve this. If I had one wish for the place it would be to see the area behind the counter kept tidy during quiet times as there are always dregs of coffee and water on the surfaces. Nice staff though.
