Waroeng Windsor - Aldershot - Photo album

I originally visited Waroeng Windsor when they were at their previous location which I believed was Aldershot, and I left disappointed because half of the menu items weren’t available. I made the decision to give the restaurant another chance and I’m glad I did because the food was extremely tasty
I ordered the tempeh mendoan and the prawn balado and it was delicious. The tempeh just hit the spot perfectly as the batter was so crispy and the sauce that came with it was the perfect mix of sweet and spicy. I highly recommend the tempeh mendoan to anyone looking for something greasy and deep fri
Besides the delicious food(!), it were the amazing people that made us go here two days in a row. When I mentioned that I am crazy about Gado Gado and Tempeh, they made me a customised dish that was better than any Gado Gado I ever had before (and boy, I have had many 😇) I highly recommend going h
Would definitely recommend this place. Lovely, friendly, family run place with excellent food. All 8 of us enjoyed our meals.
Always wanted to try this cute little cafe like restaurant .limited seating Ordered Gado Gado , which was the dish of the day (Wednesday) , a vegetarian dish/ salad with a flavourful curry a mix of steamed / blanched beans, potato , bean sprouts, carrot topper with cucumber and fried crispy onion.
Food was really amazing. Authenticity far exceeded our expectations. Also, the owner was such a great guy. Proud of his country and really went out of his way to make sure we ordered the right things for our family (we had little kids in tow).
We ordered the spring rolls, bebek goreng penyet, mie goreng and cendol. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be returning!
If you’re considering trying out Waroeng for a quick bite, make the right decision and go for it! Really great selection of Indonesian classics, with the exceptional authentic taste. Not to mention the wonderful Waroeng service! Very hospitable, the food arrived quick and piping hot. The brave will
Very welcoming owners, incredibly tasty food, very reasonable prices. Aldershot needs more restaurants like this! If you are in 2 minds, just try it, you will be pleasantly surprised like I was!
Waroeng Windsor in Windsor is bigger and located strategically in the centre of Windsor. It is a good place to chill, to enjoy the lovely Indonesian food after a hard day shopping or sightseeing. More variations of food for everyone. Friendly host too...Love it👍😍🤗
Been here many times and hope to return many more times. The food is absolutely delicious and you can request it “Indonesian Spicy” if you want. Everything is fresh and authentic as possible. Really thankful to have this restaurant in Windsor.
We had the best bebek goreng rangup with sambal penyet yesterday, really worth the wait! It was so crunchy and the taste is super authentic. The owner is really kind and friendly, he really made us feel at home. We’ll definitely be returning again when we come down to Windsor ❤️ If you ever wonder i
We were shocked and delighted to discover this authentic Indonesian restaurant! We lived in Indonesia for 5 years and the food was spot on! We highly recommend the rendang once they are able to make it again. The Chicken sate was fantastic. The owner was very friendly! Visit this restaurant to help
Went for dinner with my family for the first time last weekend. We were made very welcome and the service was outstanding. We were recommended to a few dishes apart from the ones we have chosen. We thoroughly enjoyed the satay, gado gado, mee goreng, fried seabass etc and the chendols were super yum
Omg. Authentic indonesian food. Couldnt stop eating. Worth going but seats limited. Their Beef rendang rocks so did the fish and nasi goreng. Cant wait to return.
Great, authentic food, reasonably priced. The maître d' looked after us well. There were 3 generations in our party and everything we ordered was fabulous. The children 7 and 9 polished off their plates. The amount of chilli can be regulated on most of the dishes by adding their homemade delicious s
Waroeng Windsor is a great Indonesian cafe with very friendly owner and staff. The food is very delicious and and beautifully presented. The meal I have enjoyed, was a wonderful Nasi Goreng with an extra Satay. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice quiet meal.
Staff were lovely and food was tremendous. Particularly enjoyed chicken with chilli sambal, spicy but so fragrant.
