I went to this restaurant with my partner and the food was absolutely amazing and the lady who served us was super kind and friendly ππ»ππ»I would definitely recommend this place absolutely loved it. The food was so good so we had to take some takeaway as well π₯°π₯°
Me and my family were on our way from Folkestone to Bournemouth.
In a rush, we decided to pop for a quick meal.
And what a meal it was. The food is amazing. The service too.
Small place but full of warmth. It's cosy.
The guy who served us very polite and helpful. The menus have pictures so even if you don't know what you want you can see it... like us. It was our first time in Nepalese restaurant.
If you are driving buy, just go have a break and a very nice meal.
My gf and I were sceptical when we arrived from the look of the outside, but can't believe how good the food is. HIGHLY Recommend Panni Puri and Sadheko Bhatmaas as starters π Never had anything like them before. Bursting strong fresh flavours Buffalo won the momo competition for steamed and chilli ones, again π We ordered a takeout at the end of the meal for that night, it was so good. Properly impressed.
First visit but not going to be my last. Not many tables and can get busy so you may have to book a table.
Excellent service during the pandemic, friendly staff, quick service and the food was so good! Authentic Nepalese cooking. I definitely recommend the Thali with aloo dum and sadheko bhatmas
Having to get what you want to have around the place you live in and enjoy your authentic cuisine itβs marvelous and enjoy your food with spicy is a plus point
Amazing food, great for Tapas style sharing plates, recommend ordering a wide selection and then share a little of each dish to enjoy their great range of authentic Nepalese dishes and flavours!
Only thing that may put some people off is the cosmetic/decoration/first impression of the restaurant seating area and facade in appearance, but don't judge a book by its cover! 100% recommended for a new experience and taste of Nepal π³π΅

Very tasty nice food here looks spacious well COVID guidelines
Great food at reasonable prices. Unusual menu items I've not seen before. I was telling people in the office that I'd drive to Aldershot just to go here, it's that good
Great food , good servings and service
Tasty food, great service.
The restaurant has a basic setting on the outside and the inside, but the quality of the customer service is excellent. My starters were brilliant, especially the fried dumplings with sauce. The food was delivered on time, and when I completed the starter they asked me to tell them when I was ready for the mean meal. The main was served in a tray with different portions of pickled vegetables, meat, a small portion of carrots and cucumber, and a serving of rice in the middle. This main meal was just ok, as I thought I would have had more flavour. However, everything was served with warmth, and hence I had a great experience. I would recommend this restaurant, especially if you are looking for an authentic taste and feel of Nepal.
Very good service and food!
This is one of our local Nepalese restaurants . The decor may seem a bit basic and dated but don't let that fool you into thinking the food is the same . We have been multiple times and not once have we had a bad meal . All the food is delicious we love trying new dishes from a cuisine that not everyone gets to experience . The staff are so friendly and welcoming . It's like being welcomed into someone's family. Highly recommend the BBQ set meal , feeds 4 people and every table has a electric hot grill where you can grill the chicken .Which adds to the theatre of the dinner .
Price shouldn't matter when eating out but the menu is very reasonably priced and you can fill your tummies for not a lot of money .
Thanks Gurka Kitchen !
The two of us had starters, momo and main courses, with a large beer each all for Β£33 great value! The decor is plain however the service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious and authentic, the fried momo were the highlight. Would recommend
Surroundings nothing flash, but good food, fast service. I think we will need to come some more times to explore the menu.
Quality authentic Nepalese cuisine. Emphasis on the food rather than the wallpaper.
The food was good, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Our normal nepelease restaurant was closed so decided to try this place. Looks very run down and delapadated from the outside and inside is of similar nature.
Very quaint and the atmosphere is amazing and the staff are happy to deal with your requirements.
Once the good arrives OMG absolutely second to none.......
Tried a wide variety of dishes and all tasted amazing.
Really great value and will be back again
