Called at the takeaway and got a fabulous king prawn fried rice (a big one). Really nice and tasty. I forgot to pickup my credit card (only cash used) and the lady remember me and it was returned no problem. Will be using again.

Fantastic Chinese food, prices are good, quality ingredients, containers come full of food, excellent pork ribs large with plenty of meat.

Just ordered special fried rice, plain chow Mein, sweet and sour chicken, chicken curry and chips for delivery in Kirkby. Food was piping hot and absolutely delicious will definitely be ordering from there again

The food from here is fantastic.
They are always very busy but you would expect them to be because the food is so good.
I have stopped using other Chinese restaurants because they just don’t compare.
I find myself disappointed when I order Chinese anywhere else because nowhere is as good as New crystal house.
Not to mention the great customer service, keep up the good work 👌

The noodles and egg fried rice are very nice, the meat, prawns and vegetables, sweet and sour sauces and crispy seaweed are lovely as well. If you are used to and expecting spicy food, make sure you order extra spicy otherwise you might find the sauces to be quite bland. If you order Sichuan you can't expect the Sichuan peppercorn or red chilli oil, just chillies in the sauce. It shouldn't really be advertised as Sichuan that way.
Overall, there is still room to improve on the food but they do have great service which I did appreciate.
