Loved having dinner here on our camping trip. Everyone was so lovely and helpful with me and my little dog. Also Tom the dog is such a sweetheart!
Looked at all the pubs in the village and chose the 6 Bells because the food was the best priced and we liked the menu. Also the back garden has plenty of tables to eat at whilst looking over the village green at the beautiful church. The service was really good and the staff are very friendly and t
Charming pub in the lovely village of Alfriston. Lots of thought has gone into the detail of this place, very warm and friendly. The garden is beautifully maintained. Pies are amazing! Well kept ale and a huge selection of other drinks. Would definitely recommend!
Great pub. Would be 5 stars but the dog of the pub is a nuicense when eating. I love dogs and welcome the pub being dog friendly, but please stop the house dog begging and sitting at the table. It's all very well putting a do not feed bandana on the dog but stop it begging at tables in the first ins
Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon. I had the ploughman’s and my partner had one of the pies. The food was unreal and the staff so friendly. Will definitely be back. Thank you again
Lovely welcome from both two legged and four legged hosts. Superb home cooked food, beautiful garden and fabulous view over village green and churchyard.
Charming village pub, lovely friendly staff and atsmosphere. Beer garden is gorgeous overlooking the green and church. Also loved Tom the dog, he decided to accompany us from outside to the bar and back out again as we chose our drinks. Couldn’t have made our decision without him.
Great visit today. Very friendly staff and customers. The beer was perfectly kept and the food very fresh and tasty. We will be back
Great olde worlde pub and a lovely dog called Tom. We are eager to try their Sunday roast very soon .
A wonderful find. I'm so glad they were the only pub in Alfriston doing food after 2.30. It was delicious. Beautiful view of Church.
