Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We didn't know the history of the dining room before we booked it, but what a wonderful surprise we had. Our room was so comfortable and the staff are super friendly.
The bedroom was very clean,however, the bathroom was tired and needed to be updated. The shower temperature kept fluctuating. The Olympic dining room is stunning. However, the breakfast wasn't very nice. The coffee was like flavoured water and not very hot. There was a choice of cereals, yoghurts,

Breakfast was disappointing, no glasses for juice, quite a wait for restocking of hot food .very disorganised from kitchen
Lovely room with bottled water, kettle (with tea, coffee and biscuits), iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc. Bathroom is lovely with a light up mirror and plenty of towels. Beds are comfy as well.

Just popped in on the off chance for food and was shown to the bar ordered a drink waited about ten minutes then taken to the restaurant the three course dinner came within minutes excellent service and the food was fantastic 👍😃

Lovely quaint hotel in the middle of Alnwick. Has no lift but then its only 2 floors
