We went for Sunday Lunch with friends from the USA. We went with them to the Horseshoe last year & decided to go again as we enjoyed two much & we weren't disappointed. Two of us had Roast Beef & the other two Roast Turkey. The food was hot & delicious, the staff were friendly & efficient & the atmosphere was pleasant. Highly recommended. 🙂

Had my sons birthday meal there and was fantastic. Food was brilliant and they were very helpful setting the table up with balloons and banners. Definitely recommend and we'll definitely be returning

Went for Sunday dinner. Really impressed with the food - tasty, hot and good portion sizes. Also very reasonable priced. Staff were helpful and friendly. Clean toilets. I would recommend to anyone.

Thought I would give this place a try this evening after being recommended by a work colleague. we had been to Chester for the day and it was late when we arrived at around 9:00 . The place was quite for a Saturday evening so we were not sure if they would still be surviving food. We asked the waitress who polite replied that it would be fine if we were quick. Which was absolutely great for us we were both really hungry. My husband went to the bar for drinks all the staff were friendly and the service was amazing we did not have to wait long for the food to arrive the food was good and good portion sizes they even asked us if we would like desert. We will definitely be returning .

Been meaning to go here to eat for a while. Food was at a very high standard and the portion sizes were very generous. Good prices too. Less than 50 pounds for 4 drinks, 2 main meals (one off the specials board £16.95) and one side of home cooked chips

We did enjoy our meal here. The people who had the salmon said it was very good and so was the scampi, although the chips were a bit soggy. The service was quick and friendly.

The best option for food and drink to the North of Alsager. Reliable and consistent, never quiet and rarely too busy. Popular with locals. Simple but well planned menu. Some drinks prices high. Plentyful parking.

Visited here for Father’s Day with my family and my dad was taken poorly whilst eating his meal, the staff were absolutely fantastic and so helpful when my dad wasn’t very well. We couldn’t thank the staff enough for the help they gave us. Will definitely return so my dad can enjoy the meal without leaving half! The food was lovely too! Thank you!

We called at the Horseshoe Inn for a Sunday lunch last week. A very pleasant establishment with plenty of car parking. A good range of beers and wines and a good selection of food. Swift service from very polite efficient and friendly staff. The food was tasty and hot. Only criticism would be that the mixed veg was soggy. Good value meals.

We went on a Saturday lunchtime, there were eight in our party. The food was served quickly it was good and hot and delicious. We had a range of different dishes between us and everything looked, smelled and tasted wonderful.
The pub is really nice and has a great outdoor area, although it was too cold for us to use on this visit. Friendly staff.
We will definitely be back.
