Visited today,lovely environment the only issue is the queuing which makes the waiting time longer,1 que for everything so even though I only wanted cakes I had to wait in the que for hot food,read a few comments about this,and especially when there are staff not busy or serving would of given 5⭐but
We had take away today. Very nice. Slightly expensive, but well worth the money.
First, we eat with the eyes, and this is the first time I have been into a Chatwins with this great look. Someone did a good job with the design and lighting.
Each store will have a different layout based on the size and shape of the shop floor, of course. But the Alsager store looks impressive.

I visited your shop on Friday 3/3/23 what a fabulous lunch we had it was excellent the staff were fantastic and professional I will be coming back keep up your professionalism wished we had a cafe in Newcastle instead of just the shop well done xx
Made very welcome, Food was First Class, Very clean premises, Staff look very smart, Comfortable Seating.
Excellent prime steak pies. Granddaughter lives them.
