Jimmy Johns

I don't actually hate Jimmy John's. Their service is amazing, and the food is also really good. I'm just giving them a 1 star review because me and my friend is arguing over Subway or Jimmy Johns and I choose Subway and he chose Jimmy Johns. And during the debate her gave Subway a 1 star review. But Jimmy John's is valid :)

Absolutely terrible and completely unwelcoming service. The girl who took my order was blatantly rude and one of the worst experiences with service i’ve ever encountered. I couldn’t understand what she was saying the first time so I proceeded to ask for her to repeat what she said, nicely, and she snapped back. I’ve always tried to continue to go back to this business because of the decent quality sandwiches, but have had one too many unpleasant encounters in which I will be surprised if I decide to come back to this location again

The food isn’t bad when they actually tell you your order is ready. Also they open and close whenever they want this strongly played into my rating. This is Regardless of posted hours. Typically the servers are rude. This was Alton’s last chance for us! We will not be using your establishment going forward.

I tried this Jimmy John's location a few months ago and while my sandwich tasted just like I expected? I feel like the price was just too high. Jimmy's has always been a little on the expensive side for a sub shop, IMO -- but they have a unique taste (mostly due to the bread they use, I think). Sometimes, they hit the spot as just what I'm in the mood for. But yeah -- I just remember getting the total at the drive-up window and thinking, "Ouch... Is that even right? I wonder if this guy is purposely overcharging me?" I haven't been back since. (Honestly, Firehouse Subs has better sandwiches at the same price point.)

Food is good.... same as any jimmy johns. 3 star due to ordering online for ASAP pick up and 45 mins later when I arrived (because I couldn't wait anymore and needed to get home) the online tracker still didn't say ready for pickup. The food was ready but they forgot to include a cookie I ordered two and only got one the two sandwiches and two chips were correct. But to wait that long and to get home missing a cookie it just wasn't worth more that 3 stars... main reason I'm writing the review is to say don't order online trying to save them the rush... it is not worth it. Just show up and order.
