Good size rooms. Chilly and drafty, but extra heater provided. Nice hotel and room was cleaned daily.

A large number of our wedding guests stayed at the Swan Hotel back in August. The hotel was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Particularly Bethany who was an absolute dream. She organised all the rooms for me, dealt with a number of last minute changes, and made sure all the guests
Stayed there last week, unfortunately the room I was meant to go in was unavailable. So the lady on the desk upgraded me to the 'Old English suite' with no hesitation. What a Gem! I would highly recommend
Firstly, disappointed in seeing other reviews showing the complete opposite of what we have experienced. First thing first, Staff...'Beth', reception Manager greets you with a massive smile everytime without fail! We have stayed here 4 times in the last 3 months, when we walked in again this week,
Great location, rooms are clean and comfortable and well equipped. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Good selection of food and drinks available. I will be staying again.
The hotel and restaurant were everything I needed for this trip: covered all the basics really well and I slept better here than I had in any other hotel I'd visited in the last month.

A surprisingly large hotel. The room was comfortable if a bit dark. Some toiletries would have been nice.
