Great place for a bite to eat. Midweek too its a bargain. They have revised the menu now too and added a few nice new additions. Overall nice food and drinks.

Great place to go and eat for the whole family, whether you are just having dinner or celebrating an occasion. They cater for all ages and tastes, and even alter set plates by removing or adding what you ask for. They ensure your food is being enjoyed once you start eating, and check on you throughout your meal. You can take a cake which they will bring out for you and then the whole staff sing 'Happy Birthday' by Stevie Wonder. Overall a great place to go and absolutely nothing negative to say.

Happy to say the standard of food has definitely improved recently - used to be pretty bad to be honest! Burgers and pizzas all good and stuff for the kids to do. Just an F+B but it's pretty good and the staff are friendly enough. Kids parties are pretty regular, so it;s generally a noisy place

Probably one of my favourite dining experiences. Friendly and polite waiting staff with a range of simple yet fantastic food. Drinks and food are very reasonably priced however I feel like sometimes it's not as fresh as it could be. The music is great and the restaurant is an all time family favourite.

Food was fabulous. Definitely one of the better restaurants in this chain. Used a Wowcher code, so great value for money. Our server Rick was very friendly and looked after us. To start we had chicken skewers, and cod and crab bites. For mains we both had chicken and ribs. Both courses we well presented and piping hot.

Arrived at about 4pm. Not busy at all, food was quick to arrive. I was able to pay online using the OCR code and my table number. My daughter enjoyed the meal and so did I. Now, off to music lessons...

Emma really looked after us all so well. Making sure everyone was OK and had everything they needed. Checking for allergies and preferences. She even helped us take photos to remember our outing. Full marks for customer service and so happy in her role too!

The food is consistent with other branches of Frankie and Benny's, the prices are fair and the service is just right with a relaxed atmosphere. They listen to special requests (unfortunately) as I was embarrassed yet touched by our waiter personally singing Happy Birthday to me.

Been to Frankie and Benny's quite a few times over the last couple of years. Always had excellent service and excellent food. Staff always very polite and helpful. Our latest visit was Saturday 14th December 2019 at 2pm. Served by Antonio. Very friendly and helpful as are all the staff who work here. Thankyou for a lovely afternoon spent with family.
