Lovely place. We were celebrating our friend's little girl second birthday. Lots of space for kids to play. Two floors of fun activities foe them and also for parents. Plenty of room for children to play and for parents to enjoy a nice hot coffee. Plenty of food on offer as well as desserts. We really enjoyed the pizzas and the sweet potato fries. Well recommended.

Brilliant place! Staff were all easy to identify in their Treehouse tops and were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Food (pizzas in our case) was beautiful and served in a timely manner. There was also no quibble with us taking home the leftovers. Our children (ranging from 2 to 9) had a great time on all the play equipment and wore their hand stamp with pride! The facilities were all very clean and tidy, from the toilets to the play equipment. Will will certainly be returning!!

Just visited with our Grandson. He absolutely loved it. After visiting many play centres I think it's reasonably priced. Spent a good few hours there. Play area and cafe were both nice and clean. After looking at a couple of past reviews i wouldn't really say it's for older children, probably up to 9/10 years. Food was reasonably priced and plenty on the menu. Coffee a bit strong for me though, but other than that had a pleasant visit. Staff were really nice and friendly.

The play area for babies under three years was nice and clean, and big enough. I didn't like the fact that you have to go upstairs for it, which means leaving the buggy downstairs. The menu didn't have a lot of options, nothing for a pescetarian, they have vegetarian options though. Tried the pizza and it was nice. A nice experience all in all and would probably go again.

We went in for brunch today as 4 adults and 3 children (aged 3 and 9). What a lovely place, the staff were all really friendly. It was busy, but we had no issues with waiting to be served. We had a table near the bar, so could easily get the attention of staff for more drinks etc. The food was great and made with good quality ingredients - adults and kids were really happy with the menu options. The play area is good for all ages with different sections for older children, ages 4+, 3 and under. The kids were happy to explore and found lots to keep them occupied whilst we waited for food. The multi-sport area and big slide was a hit with the 9 year olds, we were worried that they'd think they were too old for a play centre but it was fine. It's so much nicer than the usual chaotic play centres, the cost to play is probably slightly more than other places, but you are paying for quality and I really like the concept of having a comfortable environment for adults aswell as something for the kids. Imagine a family focused restaurant with an indoor adventure playground - I'd definitely recommend a visit, we thought that it had a nice atmosphere and it's a great new addition to Altrincham!

What a great place to take kids. The staff were so friendly. We sat in the main restaurant in front of the kitchen and all the chefs and waitress' were really nice and friendly. The play area is split into over fours downstairs and under 4s upstairs with a spiral slide in the centre connecting the two. The upstairs space has a dancefloor, soft play space and astroturf style football pitches (great for the dads to have a kick about while "supervising" the kids). Really good value and will definitely be back next time we are passing.

Gem of a place there so many activities on all of the time and some days we do 2 classes back to back and only get charged the entry which is £4 for my toddler. Good food and arrives quickly. Toast was burnt once but was very quickly replaced without any quibble so we were happy with the service too.

Wow! Went for the first time today, literally could not believe it. Beautiful and clean inside, totally different play than I’ve seen anywhere. I took my daughter on the recommendation of a friend to a glow in the dark dance class. Firstly, she absolutely loved it! Dancing with glow in the dark face paint and glow sticks - The dance teacher was fantastic. Secondly, the class was included in the price of the entry. If that isn’t good value, I don’t know what is. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, myself and a group of friends sat in the restaurant downstairs (under a real silver birch tree I might add :-o) and had cocktails and one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. This is family time reinvented :-) I’ll certainly be coming again and dd wants her birthday party here in a few months. I think I want mine here too!

Was dragged down here by the wife after she saw a promotional video. Admittedly the video is good, but wasn't expecting it to live up to that - especially after reading some of the below. Well, I can only speak about our own experience, and it was... EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED :-) Sat in the main restaurant whilst the kids (age 7 and 9) went off and played and made a lot of friends. The wife and I had a fabulous lunch of Fresh Tuna Nicoise salad and a ribeye steak over a more than decent bottle of red. The home made flapjacks were out of this world! Service was spot on, staff were incredibly helpful. Was great to be able to see the food being made in the open plan kitchen. All in all, a great day out. Seemed like everyone there was having a good time. If you have kids under 10 and are tired of having lunch or dinner out ruined on a regular basis like us, this place is the answer to your prayers - had to drag them out at the end!

Had our daughter’s first Birthday party today at Treehouse. I had a been a little worried on the approach after seeing that their had been a change of management and a couple of below par reviews on here. I’m very pleased we stuck to our guns and trusted our instincts after scouting the place a few weeks earlier. Any parent that has visited a soft play centre on a rainy Saturday will testify to them being akin to the 6th ring of hell. Treehouse though has an eerily relaxing vibe. The play areas are constructed from timber which is a nice departure from the usual plastic and pvc set ups. We were based on the top floor and they staff had kitted out the kids eating area in line with a chosen theme. We dropped bags and pressies in there and hung around the play areas for a while before going through for a few songs and dances with two members of staff that stayed with us and helped out throughout the party. The kids food was really tasty and served everybody. I also requested a brisket chilli for the adults after seeing it on the menu during our earlier scouting mission. It was delicious hit the spot for everybody. I asked for a 10 person portion but we probably stretched it to 15-20 in the end. The kids continued to play in the room and the soft play areas after the food and had a great time. The staff continued to help in any way they could and didn’t rush us out even though we probably over ran our slot by some time in the end. Thanks for making the day so nice, keep up the good work Treehouse
