We stopped on the off chance for lunch today - so glad we did. Plenty of parking with a warm, friendly & helpful welcome.
We chose a table in the bar to eat and loved the menu choice. It’s so nice to see a traditional pub serving really good food.

Had a lovely stay over night. Very friendly staff more than willing to accommodate our needs. Lovely food and regulars are also friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back thank you

A very cosy and welcoming pub. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Dogs were also allowed in and welcomed by the locals.

Lovely perfectly cooked Sunday lunch of Roast beef, followed by Eton Mess dessert.

Went for Sunday lunch here with my wife today, well what can I say great food, great service great atmosphere plates were hot as they should be and it’s only a hundred yards from my house, what more could you want. Will definitely be back and recommend to others. Thanks..
