We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday, the restaurant was so busy we had to have a takeaway. They were very busy and a little disorganised but the food was excellent, the batter was perfect and the fish and chips fresh. The price was a little high for the position size but all round a pleasurable
Fantastic cod and chips. Cooked to order for us at 4pm. The cod was big and the batter beautiful and actually stayed hot and crispy until we got to our cottage in Low Hauxley. Staff very friendly too And anyone who thinks £9.20 for a piece of cod is expensive needs to see what fishermen do for a
The smell matches the taste! Fish, chips and a sausage fed the four of us. Great quality, efficient service and even paper towels to dry the benches. Well worth it and we will be back!
Right from the source, nice place to order fresh fish 'n chips, got a good portion and also and ofcourse it was very fresh.. I enjoyed seeing the beautifull view of the sea getting to high tide slowly just. Quayside Fish and Chips thank you, every penny well spent!

Nice quality fish and chips £23 for haddock small chips cod bites chips and curry sauce a bit steep. One staff member was great the other rather frosty to say the least.

A few years since last been. Car park is private, no disabled parking, all parking permits must pay to park. Has changed since last there, nicely done out, but s.aller portion, and bit more expensive.
Very pleasant visit. Superb coffee lush fish and chips. Outstanding customer toilets. A nice visit. A place we would visit again, many eating options in Amble.
Best fish and chips I have had in years. We both had the haddock and chips special which included mushy peas and a pot of tea for £12.
