Very enjoyable meal at Misto. Staff is very helpful and works so hard. No reservations, just walk-ins, so expect to wait a while if it's busy. We waited 40 mins before being seated indoors. It's worth a visit as there are a few choices for something different.. Didn't get a 5 star because it is not

Highly highly highly recommend. Did not think we could get great Italian food like this in the Lake District. Fresh and hot food and attentive customer service. Be sure to visit if you’re here. We came in the evening (8pm), so was nice and quiet.
Thoroughly enjoyed our meals tonight. Best garlic bread we have enjoyed after several weeks of travelling around Europe & UK, also the best carbonara too. The funghi entree was so tasty and, I tried something different - the Saltimbocca was wonderful.

Lovely little place. We didn't have a booking but there was a table available. There were 2 ladies working on the floor both very friendly. Service was quick and efficient. Food was great! Definitely recommend a visit!
