Such a lovely little place, friendly staff, great value and a toy corner for the little ones!
I always try to support independent cafés and found this one in Amersham at the end of the high street. It's a lovely place with delicious coffee and a slightly quirky atmosphere and decor. There's a cool little area at the back which is very relaxing - and the music is pretty good too!
I would wholeheartedly recommend this place!!

Had a super yummy jackfruit burger here (sort of a vegan pulled pork?) followed by a very refreshing vanilla milkshake and Tiffin! The food was fab and the service was amazing, very welcoming to me (I'm quite visibly trans). Will definitely go back to this lovely place! 💜🙂
This little Café is easy to miss but it would be a mistake to overlook it.
The vegan/veggie menu is strong and simple with staples (burrito, burger, buddha) and nice smoothies. The all-day breakfast was delicious whilst the friendly and helpful Terri and Glenda, made the experience one to repeat.
Please support this local spot in these difficult times.
Warm and friendly staff, good environment and ethical fairtrade ingredients. The food and drinks are good and the service is quick. A nice place to take small children too.

Fabulous service & food. I'll pretty much recommend everything they serve. They've recently gone vegetarian but mostly vegan & are all the better for it. Delicious 😋 Top coffee too, and don't start me on the desserts! 😂
Donna and Debbie were legends - they were so nice and accomodating. Seriously impressed! Cafe Africa has changed a LOT since I used to go there as a kid.
Always good coffee and great service. Good selection of yummues as well. Comfy chairs and sofas. Moms and tots often camped out. Limited parking. Use nearby car parks. Free wifi.
Delicious cakes. Friendly service. Glad it's open again. No trip to Amersham is complete without a visit to Cafe Africa.

Cracking little café! We found it on Google maps as we're passing through. Really good food at very reasonable prices and lovely people/staff. Great eggs and coffee especially and they were amazing with our little baby
Very good, food was quite nice. I didn't get the right order but they corrected it for me. Loved the music reggae reggae reggae. Yeah man

It wasn't very African. No traditional African cuisine. Everything else was good though, pancakes were delicious and the food was well priced
