Tried the haddock fish and chips. It was freshly cooked and very hot and very tasty. Excellent food quality.
There is an extra charge for ketchup packets. Sheesh.
There isn’t seating space, and there’s some sort of table area where you can buy unrelated things. Odd. But looks to be consistent with a family run business. Detracts from the ambience though.
There’s a public bench back at the main road where you can sit and eat.

Definitely a must visit place for fish & chips in Amesbury. Fish is fresh, made from scratch and portion is good. Service is excellent very friendly family business. Definitely coming here again next time in town.

Absolutely amazing, honestly a food highlight of our trip to England! Fish was perfectly cooked and the batter was amazing. Chips we're delicious. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful, even though they were swamped when our group if 10 people showed up. Thanks for a great dinner!!
Lovely sausage and chips and good price as well with a choice of small, medium or large chips which is very rare in chippies these days. Good parking around the area too.

Very friendly family run business. We loved it there! Got to have some great conversations with Tracy, who gave us great advice on what to see. Must try the salt and vinegar chips! A first for us and we are never going back to regular again!

Had a fish & chip supper today, first one in a couple of years too be hest, absolutely fabulous 😍 to the new chap being trained - keep up the good work 👍👍
On good days the chippy is lovely, but a third of the time get really wet soggy chips that taste awful. Battered sausages are much better than local alternatives just wish there was delivery!

Fantastic spot! Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared, w/ no frozen, pre-breaded fish or frozen fries. Everything is prepared in the shop traditionally and you can taste it. The owner was very friendly and patient, even though it was our first time there and we had kids. She sent them off with treats and the whole experience was great and very reasonably priced. We'll most definitely be back!
