We have always enjoyed the food and customer service here until today. We placed a take out order, to the tune of $78 and change, which included a $10 dollar tip for a take out order. Six meals, two of which came with no toppings, one came without the cheese sauce and very little meat. The other, a steak fajita quesadilla came with literally 7 tiny pieces of steak in the entire thing. I called and asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was to busy to talk to me. The girl who answered the phone said that he had authorized her to talk to me. The only compensation that they were willing to give was a credit for one meal. She also told me that I was welcome to write a review if that what I wanted to do. Unbelievable, lost our business for good.

We got the choose 3 combo consisting of enchilada, tamale, and chille con queso with 2 sides, papas con queso and Mexican rice. We also got the rancheros enchiladas with the side being papas con queso. Overall the food was good, but we wouldn’t order the tamale again because it was very hard and not easy to chew. Note that the papas con queso is more of a runny potato with liquid cheese on top. We absolutely loved the chips and salsa that were complimentary; the waiter kept them coming. We had a really great waiter that was attentive and kept our glasses full. We would come back here again due to their great margaritas and their amazing service.

The food was delicious. The service was terrible. The waitress basically threw my plate on the table. She did not refill my tea glass. She did not refill my salsa for my chips. She waited on tables who came in after me refilled their glasses and never checked my table at all. I was not dressed to in church clothes. Just leggings and a T shirt.

Very dissapointing. This was a regular stop for us. We ordered to go many times throughout covid. The food was always good but something was always wrong or missing but the food was always decent but we still went back. The most recent time was not good we won't be going back. My meal wasn't edible multiple missing items or wrong items. The worst part was when we called back to tell them was how rude the girl on the phone was. She argued about what we got and offered no solutions to fix the issue. She blamed the problem on a new cook. We have been good customers since they opened. Because of her rudeness we will take our business to Rio in the future. I do hope they fix their issues if they want stay in business.

Normally we have good food. This time the first item I ordered barely had anything on it and not even all the ingredients on it so I ordered something else. When I got my new meal, the rice and potatoes were ice cold. Nobody seemed to care and I still had to pay the full price. Was very dissatisfied.

My carry out order placed around 5:30 yesterday was poorly packaged. I placed an order for their 5 Street Taco meal and a Chicken quesadilla. All in all I paid around $23. My tacos were piled on top of each other as if they were supposed to be some kind of taco casserole. My taco shells were so soft that they fell apart when handling; to top it off everything was cold. For this to be one of the only close to be authentic Mexican restaurants in the area, I am very disappointed. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever eat here again.

Get the tacos Al Pastor and ask for the green sauce. OMG... I could have eaten 15 of those things. Would have been 5 stars but the place seems a little outdated. The service was good not great. Gave 5 stars on service anyways. I tried complementing the food and my server said "yes" and walked away haha. I would definitely go there again for the food.
