We have used the Greggs half a dozen times recently while visiting family in Andover, staff are always friendly and helpful, food is perfect, place is clean and tidy.

Fairly standard greggs experience, only one member of staff serving at time of my visit, 8am, but line moved fairly quickly. Not much variety of products available, lots of empty spaces in the racks but I could view more items heating up and being prepared. Staff were pleasant and helpful

This Greggs is pretty standard.
They do quite often seem to be low on the items I want though - by 2pm today (Monday) they were completely out of sausage rolls! The one in town had plenty though.
They have the standard covid-19 protection measures and the standard Greggs food and drinks available generally, although today the shelves seemed rather bare!
No eating inside currently so no seats and no seating available anywhere nearby either. Most people sit and eat in their car.
